Important Medical Requirement – Mandatory Heart Screening

In accordance with the Health & Safety rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Lebanon, no registration for any road/trail race organized by the Beirut Marathon Association or any other organizer, will be accepted unless the registered runner, without exception, presents a valid heart screening test result at the time of bib collection.

Any runner who fails to provide a valid heart screening test will have their registration considered void and will not be permitted to participate in the race, with no exceptions or exemptions granted.
If one person would like to collect on behalf of a team / group, he/she will need to present all the heart screening tests printed at time of BIB Collection.

To better prepare for the upcoming races in Lebanon by all organizations, contact your local doctor for consultation or related NGOs and medical entities who are currently providing free / discounted heart screening tests.

Registration Mechanism

  • Go to our https://in.njuko.com/beirut-intl-marathon to start your registration process
  • Registration Deadline is 20 April 2026 or until capacity is reached (whichever comes first)
  • Each runner must register personally to avoid any incorrect data entry
  • Once you register, you can pay either through the OMT Pay application, online via a debit/credit card or at any OMT Branch & your registration is confirmed automatically
  • You have 3 days from the day of registration to confirm your payment if you choose the offline payment method
  • No refunds, no cancelation, switching of names is allowed.
  • If you are an Elite Runner, you are obliged to upload your race result from a certified race showing your eligible elite time, along with your ID for age verification
  • You can also choose you own UNIQUE BIB Number within your race range within the registration process
  • Switching of BIBS between runners will automatically disqualify both runners
  • Registration Fee includes: Race registration fee, medal, goody bag, race t-shirt, BIB number (and Tag) for timed races, Water / Aid / Medical Stations, Support on course and certified timing / certificate by BMA staff and LAF Judges
