Applicable to All Races

  • Only runners, who are awarded an official time by crossing the Finish Line wearing their registered timing tag, will be entitled trophies. In addition, all trophies winners must have a recorded time at each of the timing checkpoints along the course. No tag, No Time, No Trophy!

  • Registered runners will only be entitled to trophies of their respective registered race category.

  • Winners of the overall categories will be based on their respective GUN TIME

  • Winners of the age categories will be based on their respective tag TIME

  • Trophy winners declared post event must submit their proof of age, as original identification documents will be required by the event organizers in order to proceed with the awards ceremony. The race organizers might also ask for the proof of identification during the award ceremony.

  • Applicable to Marathon & Half Marathon

  • Only runners, who are awarded an official time by crossing the Finish Line wearing their registered timing tag, will be entitled to prize money. In addition, all prize winners must have a recorded time at each of the timing checkpoints along the course. No tag, No Time, No Prize Money!

  • Only runners who fall within the finish positions as indicated in the prize money structure of the race, will be entitled to prize money in their respective categories. Kindly make sure to review the prize money structure of your race.

  • In the event of an athlete failing the dope test, he/she will not be eligible for prize money or an official time and will be disqualified from the race. Such athletes may also be reported to the National Federation and/or the IAAF.

  • No prize money will be paid until the complete results of the doping test have been received and the race judges have issued their final decisions.

  • Prize winners declared post event must submit their proof of age, as original identification documents will be required by the event organizers in order to proceed with the disbursement.

  • Legitimately claimed prize winnings will be paid only to bank accounts of the named winner, licensed Athlete Manager or Parent/Guardian (for those 18 or under)

  • International payments will be converted at the prevailing bank exchange rate.

  • Local and international banking transfer fees will be deducted from the prize winnings.

  • Prize winnings not claimed within 30days will be forfeited; no future claim will be entertained.

  • Each runner is allowed only one prize money.

  • There will be strictly no transfer of prize money between race categories.

  • Lebanese citizens are mandatorily required to submit their original Lebanese ID or Passport to proceed with the award ceremony or/and with the disbursement

  • The Executive Organizing Committee reserves the right to substitute any prize at its discretion for an equal or greater value prize. The decision of the officially appointed judges and the Race Director is final.

  • Applicable to Marathon

  • Winners in the Men's Overall Category positions 1st to 5th must finish in 2h14min or less to qualify for 100% of the advertised prize. Failure to finish within this time bracket will reduce the prize by 50% value.

  • Winners in the Women's Overall Category positions 1st to 5th must finish in 2h34min or less to qualify for 100% of the advertised prize. Failure to finish within this time bracket will reduce the prize by 50% value.

  • Course record is only cumulative with one of the time bonuses revealed in the prize money structure of the race.

  • Time and Prize value conditions will not apply if the temperature rises above 26 degrees Celsius before the leaders reach the 15km point on the course or if, in the opinion of the Race Director, other adverse weather conditions prevail.

  • "Runners cannot shift between races."
