About the Program

The 510 Training Program is a 8-week initiative that transforms complete non-runners into confident 5KM race finishers. It’s about self-discovery, growth, and empowerment.

What to Expect

  • Transform in 8 Weeks: Our structured program takes you from zero to completing your first 5KM race.
  • Accessible Locally & Virtually: Join training groups in Lebanon and online through our network of passionate runners.
  • Full Support for Runners: All participants receive hydration stations during long runs, weekly nutrition tips, and engaging activations to keep you motivated and ready for race day.

Key Dates

  • First Run: October 5, 2025
  • 5 KM Race Day: November 30, 2025 (Spinneys Women’s Race)
  • Registration Period: 10 August – 28 September 2025

Program Structure

After registering and selecting your preferred area, days, and times, you’ll be assigned to a coach and team to train twice weekly, with an additional long run on Sundays. Each team will have a dedicated WhatsApp group for communication and training updates.

  • Flexible training - switch between groups as needed
  • Minimum two sessions per week recommended, with the option to train more at your own pace
  • Weekly nutrition guidance from our sports nutritionist and mental health tips from our wellness experts
