Welcome to the 510 Training Program, a transformative journey designed for beginner runners, specially crafted to empower women through the incredible world of running. Our volunteer coaches and assistant coaches are dedicated to inspiring and guiding women to embrace the joy of running, promoting fitness, and instilling confidence through the power of sports.

About the 510 Training Program:

Embark on a 5-week adventure with the 510 Training Program, a unique initiative that caters to couch potato non-runners and propels them into becoming first-time 5KM race athletes. Our program is not just about running; it's a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Key Features:

  • Transformation in 5 Weeks: Witness a remarkable metamorphosis as our program turns non- runners into accomplished 5KM race athletes.
  • Available in Lebanon and Abroad: Join us in various locations in Lebanon and a few select countries abroad through our extensive network of dedicated runners.
  • Runners Equipped: all runners will be equipped with an official t-shirt & aid stations during their long runs, Nutrition Tips sent weekly on the team groups, along with various activations throughout the season to ensure you are race ready.

Important Dates:

  • First Run: April 7, 2024
  • 10KM Race Day: 30 November, 2025 (Spinneys Women's Race)
  • Registration is open from 1 September to 15 October 2025

Training Program & Mechanism

  • Once you register and choose your preferred area & days / time of the training, you will be paired with a coach / team to train twice a week & one long run on Sunday.
  • A WhatsApp group for each team will be created and you will be added to communicate with the team on training preparations.
  • The schedule is posted below & you can choose from any of the timings below.
  • You can switch between trainings as we are flexible on who you can train with.
  • A minimum of twice per week training session is recommended, but you can do more at your own pace.
  • BMA will offer YOGA sessions each Monday for free for all runners who would like to join.
  • Nutrition tips will be sent weekly by our official sports nutritionist as well as mental health tips by our mental health experts.
