+ Help with month-end financial reports
+ Work under supervision of other accountants
+ Help with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
+ Perform budgets reconciliation forecast vs actual
+ Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadline
+ Study the accounting policies and processes of the organization and abide by them
+ Support the payment processing team
+ Do data entry and credit checks

+ Organizing pictures for Social Media and communication use
+ Researching Regional & International media and getting contacts of key people
+ Providing contact of bloggers & Influencers
+ Media monitoring
+ Coordinating the activation, monitoring and reporting
+ Coordinating interviews on race week and race day with the official broadcaster’s producer

+ Assist in the follow up with third parties
+ Assist in the consolidation of the necessary race-week checklists
+ Assist in the completion of the necessary race files
+ Attend the necessary outreach meetings
+ Follow-up on necessary projects concerning race entertainment
+ Assist in the compilation of post-race reports

+ Direct calls to provide basic company informatione
+ Maintain files and databases and organize documents as needed
+ Assist in preparing information and research materials
+ Take notes and memos during meetings
+ Follow-up with third parties on requirements and necessities
+ Attend Sunday events where you will be handling sectors of the assigned running course, which includes refreshment stations, direction signs
+ Lead volunteers
