Awards Ceremony Information

The Awards Ceremony of Run The City 2026 will take place on race day at 08:30 AM at the Finish Line, celebrating the outstanding achievements of our elite and category champions in front of runners, families, partners, and supporters.

The ceremony will honor the

• Top 3 Overall Winners (Women) – 10 KM Race
• Top 3 Overall Winners (Men) – 10 KM Race

Ensuring that every division of competition is celebrated with equal pride and recognition. This moment marks the culmination of months of preparation, discipline, and perseverance, as champions take the podium at the heart of the event.

Please note that the Age Category Awards Ceremony will be held separately with the venue and time to be announced closer to race day. Further details will be communicated through official Beirut Marathon Association channels.

Overall & Age Category Awards Rules & Regulations

• Only runners, who are awarded an official time by crossing the Finish Line wearing their registered timing tag, will be entitled trophies or official certificates. In addition, all winners must have a recorded time at each of the timing checkpoints along the course.
• No tag, No Time, No Trophy.
• Registered runners will only be entitled to trophies or official age group certificates of their respective registered race category.
• Winners of the overall categories will be based on their respective GUN TIME
• Winners of the age categories will be based on their respective NET TIME
• Winners declared post event must submit their proof of age, as original identification documents will be required by the event organizers in order to proceed with the awards ceremony. The race organizers might also ask for the proof of identification during the award ceremony.
• In the event of an athlete failing the dope test, he/she will not be eligible for awards or an official time and will be disqualified from the race. Such athletes may also be reported to the Lebanese Athletic Federation and/or the WAF.
