Introducing the newest addition to our running calendar: The 1-Mile Dash

Fast, vibrant, and community-driven event designed to bring you together for one powerful mile along the beautiful Beirut Waterfront.

Set for 20 December 2026, this quick sprint is full of high-energy experience with wave starts, precise chip timing, and a chance to test your speed in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Limited to just 600 runners, it’s the perfect opportunity to close the year strong, chase a new record in the 1 mile distance and share the spirit of running with the wider community.

This 1-mile Dash Race is made for everyone. Fast, festive, and unforgettable.

RACE DAY INFORMATION

Start Line:All waves will start and finish in Beirut Waterfront. More information will be shared close to race day.

Finish Line Baggage Handling Services

  • Participants can check in their bags at BAGGAGE HANDLING located in the gathering areas allocated for each race. Participants can pick up their bags from the BAGGAGE HANDLING at the same location.
  • Participants have until 09.30 AM on race day to retrieve their bag, after which all remaining bags will be donated to NGOs.
  • Do not store any valuable items inside bag.
  • BEIRUT MARATHON ASSOCIATION will not be responsible for any lost or stolen belongings

Race Day Instructions

  • Do not remove metal timing tag from back of bib
  • Do not switch, fold or wrinkle bib
  • Do not switch bib with any other participant
  • Secure bib using the four safety pins included in the envelope
  • BIB Number must be clearly visible on participant’s chest
  • BIB number must be clearly visible from start to finish of race for official timing, judge verifications and photos
  • NO BIB WITH TAG - NO TIMING

Insurance All runners who are officially registered are insured for any incidents that may occur & race related & will be transferred to the nearest hospital & supervised by the medical committee and Organizing Team
