RACE DAY INFORMATION

Start Line: All races will start facing Al Nahhar Bldg, Martyrs Square

Finish Line:

  • Para Athlete Race, Marathon & Half Marathon distances will finish facing Martyrs Square statue (left side)
  • 10 KM Race, 2 KM Youth Race & Fund Run will finish facing Martyrs Square statue (right side)

Finish Line Baggage Handling Services

  • Participants can check in their bags at BAGGAGE HANDLING located in the gathering areas allocated for each race. Participants can pick up their bags from the BAGGAGE HANDLING at the same location.
  • Participants have until 02.00 PM on race day to retrieve their bag, after which all remaining bags will be donated to NGOs.
  • Do not store any valuable items inside bag.
  • BEIRUT MARATHON ASSOCIATION will not be responsible for any lost or stolen belongings

Parking Areas

To ensure a smooth and timely race-day experience, all runners are required to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of their respective race. All runners are kindly requested to park at Beirut Souks and walk from there to the gathering area here. Beirut Souks will open as early as 4:30 AM and parking will be free until 10:00 AM on race day. We strongly encourage all participants to plan their journey in advance and allow sufficient time for parking and walking to the gathering area.

Community Engagement & Vehicle Removal

  • Show your support by cheering runners as they pass through your neighborhood. Please help by parking your vehicle off the race route from SATURDAY 28 NOVEMBER 2026, 09:00 AM until SUNDAY 29 NOVEMBER 2026, 02:00 PM.
  • Please ensure that your car is not parked on the race route prior to this time
  • The Internal Security Forces (ISF) will remove any vehicles from the course pre & during the race to ensure the safety of all runners.

Race Day Instructions

  • Do not remove metal timing tag from back of bib
  • Do not switch, fold or wrinkle bib
  • Do not switch bib with any other participant
  • Secure bib using the four safety pins included in the envelope
  • BIB Number must be clearly visible on participant’s chest
  • BIB number must be clearly visible from start to finish of race for official timing, judge verifications and photos
  • NO BIB WITH TAG - NO TIMING

Race Day Gathering, Start & Finish Areas

All timed races and Fund Run will gather at the parking area facing the Lebanese Army Naval Base. The start line for all races is located in front of the Al Nahhar Building. From the gathering area, runners can simply walk up to the start line ahead of their race. After crossing the finish line, runners will proceed to the Post-Finish Area, located at the old CONNEX Bus Parking Area, facing Saifi.
