Meet the Pacers - Your Marathon Guides
For the Beirut International Marathon 2026, we are excited to offer official pacers for the
Marathon distance! Pacers are experienced runners who maintain a steady pace throughout the
race, helping you achieve your target finish time while keeping your energy and strategy in
check.
How it works:
- We will have a dedicated pacer for every 15-minute interval, so whether your goal is to set a personal best or simply finish comfortably, there’s a pacer to guide you.
- Pacers are trained to support runners, keep the pace consistent, and offer motivation along the way.
Meet & Greet Before Race Day:
To help you prepare, all marathon runners will have the opportunity to meet the pacers on
Friday and Saturday before race day.
This is your chance to ask questions, discuss pacing strategies, and clarify any technical details
about hydration, energy management, or race logistics.
Pacers are more than just timekeepers, they are your partners in achieving a successful
marathon experience. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn from experienced
runners and make your marathon journey smoother, smarter, and more enjoyable.
Pro tip: Plan your strategy with your pacer, trust the pace, and let them guide you toward the
finish line!
