Course Information

The Women’s Race will start from Haret Sakher Sea Side Road, infront of Fouad Chehab Stadium.
Goes straight towards Jounieh Seaside Road all the way passing by Jounieh Municipality.
Keep going straight to reach SOPRA Ice Cream Shop, take right and go towards the Army Naval Base.
Go straight to reach ATCL Tennis Court Entrance and take right to go inside ATCL passing by the tennis courts and all the way to reach the ATCL Restaurant.
Turn left with traffic and go straight to reach the ATCL main exit.
Continue straight to go with traffic on the Sarba Seaside Road to reach Malak El Tawouk.
Continue towards UNITED GAS STATION and turn left with traffic all the way straight, passing by LAU Medical Center - Saint John's Hospital & all the way to reach Jounieh Square.
Go straight in the narrow street of BETWEEN bldg and ALFA Bldg. & go straight to reach Jounieh Municipality and continue against traffic to reach the Finish Line in front of FOUAD CHEHAB Stadium.

MEDICAL ENTITIES

Lebanese Red Cross is available on course & finish line in case of emergencies
LAU - ST JOHN has a mobile clinic at the finish line also to welcome any emergencies and cases.
Physiotherapy tents are available at the finish time in case needed

Stations

Aquafina Water is available at the 2.5 KM Water Station, Start and Finish line
Banana is available at the finish line.

Baggage Drop

VERY IMPORTANT!

In case of cold weather, please take the necessary precautions
Drop off your bag at the baggage truck at the start line and pick it up at the finish line

Toilets

Toilets are available inside Jounieh Stadium at the Start Line

Registration

● Registration Fee: 20 USD for the 10KM Race
● Registration is open between 20 January to 10 March 2023 or until capacity is reached
● Registration Fee to be paid online via a fresh debit or credit card or at any OMT Branch

● 10 KM Open for Women Only (12 Years and above) Start at 06.15 AM
● 10 KM Open for Men Only (12 Years and above) Start at 07.15 AM

BAGGAGE HANDLING SERVICES

● Runners can keep their bags in the dedicated baggage area located in the gathering area near the Start Line. All runners MUST pick up their bags from the Baggage area after the race is over.

● Please ensure to avoid keeping any valuable items in the baggage as the Beirut Marathon Association will not be held responsible for any lost baggage / personal items. Any bags left on Race Day will be donated to NGOs.

RACE ITEMS INSTRUCTIONS

● Do not remove the Tag from the BIB.
● Do not switch, fold or wrinkle your BIB.
● Do not switch your BIB Number with any other participant.
● Pin the BIB Number using the four secure pins found in the envelope.
● The BIB Number should be clearly visible on the front of the chest.
● The BIB should be shown clearly from Start to Finish to make sure you have an accurate timing and nice photos.
● NO BIB-TAG = NO TIME.

Course Description

• Race starts from inside Beirut Waterfront / King Salman Bin Abdel Aziz Boulevard towards Corniche Beirut to reach AUB Greenfield.
• Make a U-Turn and come back on the opposite side of the road, go under the tunnel facing Four Seasons Hotel towards Karagulla Intersection.
• Turn right towards Bank Audi Intersection and left again towards Beirut Souks.
• When you reach Al Nahhar Building, turn right towards Al Amine Mosque.
• Turn left at Al Amine Mosque towards PAUL Restaurant.
• Keep going straight to reach the end of Gemmayze Street at Furn Ghattas.
• Turn left after St Anthony Greek Melkite Church to head towards Pasteur Street.
• Keep going straight & turn right at the end of Pasteur Street towards Kataeb HQ.
• Turn left again to head to Al Nahhar Building, passing by Beirut Souks.
• When you reach Bank Audi Intersection, turn right towards Karagulla Intersection and left again.
• Go straight and Turn right at Zeitounay Bay Entrance to reach the same Finish Line.
